The naboCONNECT Homeowner and Board App provides a mobile-compatible platform for engaging with your community association. The application consolidates essential functions such as payment processing, account management, and access to community information, facilitating convenient interaction.

If you possess an existing login for your association’s website, you can authenticate using the same email address and password within the app. Should you need to register anew, simply select the register option and submit your details. Upon approval of your registration, an email will be sent containing a link to set your password, enabling direct access from the app.

If you are already registered but have forgotten your password, select the "Forgot Password" link, enter your email address to request a reset, and follow the email instructions to establish a new password. Once reset, you can log in with your email and updated credentials.

Once authenticated, homeowners gain direct access to a comprehensive set of features including:

• Ability to switch easily between multiple owned properties
• Homeowner Dashboard overview
• Access to association documents and directories
• View and upload community photos
• Contact Us page for communication
• Online assessment payments
• Violations management — add comments and capture photos via mobile device
• Submit Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests with attachments (photos can be taken directly from mobile devices)
• Review homeowner ledger details
• Submit work orders and monitor their status, including adding comments and attaching photos from mobile devices

Board members are afforded additional functionalities, such as:
